DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an organized and reliable Part-Time Driver to provide prescriptions delivery service!

PURPOSE:The purpose of the pharmacy driver is to ensure that Northern Nevada HOPES Patients receive smooth, seamless access to their medications that enhance their patient care.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Driver supports each of Northern Nevada HOPES' programs and departments by transporting prescriptions according to a predetermined schedule and delivery of medications as requested by patients. This position focuses on increasing access to comprehensive care at HOPES as well as other community providers. The medication delivery aspect of this job helps with adherence to medications and increases access to medications. Part of the Drivers responsibility will also include participation in organization wide Patient Centered Medical Home activities to enhance patient care.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  1. Must maintain a current Nevada Drivers License with a clear driving record required;
  2. Minimum 2 years of transportation services experience required;
  3. Excellent organizational, verbal, and written skills;
  4. Ability to work well with diverse populations and provide excellent customer service;
  5. High School Diploma or equivalent;
  6. Working knowledge of computer programs and tablet applications;

Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
