DESCRIPTION

A full-time opening in our Accounting Department to support HOPES expansion.

Hybrid remote position in Reno, NV.

The purpose of theAccounting Assistantrole is to assist the finance department in performing daily accounting tasks in support of the financial team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the organizations accounting operations run smoothly and efficiently.

TheAccounting Assistantis responsible for ensuring accurate and timely accounts payable, payroll, and accounts receivable information is recorded in the general ledger. This role acts as the primary point of contact between staff and vendors and the accounting department and is therefore responsible for providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.

This role also assists with a variety of accounting and grant management functions as assigned.
