Texas Health Resources Billing Specialist II - Women's Care in Cleburne, Texas

Billing Specialist II – Women’s Care Fast-paced, high-volume clinic is looking for top skilled Billing Specialist II Work location: 201 Walls Dr., Suite 501, Cleburne, TX 76033 Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Monday thru Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Travel: 25% to Stephenville clinic as needed ( mileage reimbursement provided ) Women’s Care Department Highlights:

Here’s What You Need

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)

  • 2 Years Billing Experience in a Health Care Environment (required)

  • Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills

  • Demonstrate effective customer service and communication skills

  • Proficient computer skills

  • Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism

What You Will Do

  • Delivers care to patients utilizing the Billing Specialist II process

  • Coordinate copies of medical documentation with physician charges to support billing to third-party payers.

  • File and enter billing for patients into system and analyzes patient accounts to ensure billing is accurate.

  • Resolve routine patient billing inquiries and problems, handling follow-up questions from patients, resolving discrepancies or errors.

  • Review medical coding as necessary and enters patient charges into billing applications.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
