The Director of Enterprise Data is responsible for the overall leadership and ownership of the vision, strategy, standards, and development within the enterprise for all data. In this role you will establish a Data Architecture practice, lead the EDW (Enterprise Data Warehouse) team and create Enterprise and Business Specific data strategies, architectures and data flows (ETL- Informatica) as well as engage in strategic initiatives. As our Subject Mater Expert in Data Quality, Data Governance, and Metadata Management, you will set direction, strategy and development within the EDW Team.

Take inventory of all unstructured data, determining its format, security, ownership and quality
Determines which unstructured data should be captured
Lead the migration to new data technologies for unstructured, streaming and high-volume data
Champions, institutes and leverages Big Data analytics capabilities for the organization
Secure budget and resources as needed to support initiatives
You will lead the development of the enterprise data architecture strategy, including database design and structure, data integrity and database tools to deliver world-class analytics to the enterprise.
You will oversee the development and use of enterprise-wide information architecture standards for data definitions, data management, warehouse design and development, and ensure the organization's compliance to these standards.
You will develop, administer, maintain, and implement policies and procedures for ensuring the security, quality and integrity, and availability of the company's data.
You will educate and influence peers to adopt programs, reports, tools and projects to achieve efficiencies. The successful candidate will have the ability to clearly communicate the value and need for EDW while effectively managing project related items including securing resources, gaining buy in, managing a budget, project timeline, and regular communication.
You will need to lead, hold accountable, mentor and train your data architects. This will involve creating and driving performance goals, learning and development plans and engagement initiatives. You will also need to be seen as a leader in the organization by all levels.
Minimum of ten (10) + years’ experience with at least five (5) + years' experience in Enterprise Architecture with focus on Data Architecture, Integration, Data Transfer, Reporting and Analytics.
10-12 Years’ experience in large Data Warehouse design, implementation and data flow.
7-10 years’ experience in BI, reporting, data mining, or multi-datacenter applications.
Experience in SQL management and queries
Experience in Informatica is a plus
Bachelor’s degree required in quantitative field (statistics, mathematics, etc.) or computer science
Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
