We currently have a rare opportunity on offer for a strong, dynamic leader with excellent knowledge of the Retail property market across QLD to step into a senior role within our Property Management division. This position will assume overall responsibility for our QLD Retail portfolio, drive new business development and initiatives, and manage a high performing team. Reporting to the Senior Director QLD, this role is pivotal in promoting effective property management across the team and broader state.
Here’s a snapshot of your day:
Overall management of business plan objectives, projects, initiatives and requirements with other senior members of the QLD Property Management Division
Manage and mentor team members to build a successful and influential team
Set and implement strategies to maximise performance and monitor against budget
Oversee budgeting and financial planning for retail operations, ensuring cost-effective practices and optimal resource allocation
Identifying growth opportunities and targets for QLD Retail Management and plans to grow existing key client relationships
Lead with Retail market knowledge empowering your team to deliver CBRE retail management strategies.
Here are some of the strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful;
Senior level experience in Retail Property Management across all retail asset classes including; neighbourhood, sub regional, large format and CBD products.
Strong industry network across the retail sector
Experienced people leader with the ability to engage and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Growth mindset with demonstrated experience winning new business through business development strategies
The ability to build strong, effective working relationships with clients and colleagues
Confidence and maturity in communication skills, including excellent written and oral presentation skills.
Excellent financial and commercial acumen with experience running a large P&L
The ability to resolve issues and work to tight deadlines within a changing environment
A certificate of registration and driver’s license are required for this role.
